Data on public blockchains and decentralized storage are public and immutable. The access (read and write) to these storage facilities are always permissionless. Therefore, given that the user can pay a certain cost that is necessary for facilitating the read and write of the data, i.e. gas fee on a public blockchain, or hosting an IPFS node, he/she will never get banned, and their content will never be removed, unlike the traditional centralized servers. RADIAN infrastructure is built on such a storage scheme and there will be no centralized censorship.

Application Level Censorship

Instead, we have an infra-level censorship recommendation that protects users from being immersed by illegal, spam, and immoral content using AI on tagging content. RADIAN itself will register on-chain as an application provider just like other applications. We will label content identifiers as a reference. Other applications/users can optionally choose to adopt this recommendation.
